Customised Training

Learn Lead Inspire understands every business is different, therefore, we are able to fully customise or develop face to face and virtual training programs to suit the requirements of any business of any size, from small businesses right through to large corporate.

We also have a background in working with industries who don't traditionally see themselves as being in 'sales' however, rely on the sale of products and services for their success including; pharmacy, hairdressing, hospitality and professional services.  We work to develop participants understanding of what sales is and how it is relevant to the industry, as well as developing skills that increase business while maintaining a positive service culture.

Coaching

Through one on one coaching, we take a unique approach with each individual, to develop their skills and enhance performance in sales (Sales Coaching), sales coaching others (Coach the Sales Coach) or upper level leaders personal and professional growth ​(Performance Coaching).  Coaching can be conducted as a follow up to training or, as a stand alone service.

Keynote Speaking

Our engaging and dynamic ​keynote speaker is available for any event including; conferences, trade shows, breakfasts, seminars, meetings and conventions.  
A range of topics are available, or we are able to tailor a presentation to suit your specific event, theme and audience.

Mystery Shopping

​​Consulting in the areas of sales and customer service, we partner with a business, to obtain a thorough understanding of the business objectives, needs and challenges.  We then identify opportunities to help achieve these goals and obtain sustained growth.  Our continued guidance and support is provided throughout all stages of the consulting process; Review, Identification, Planning and Implementation.
Learn Lead Inspire offers both off the shelf or fully customised Mystery Shopping evaluations.   An experienced Mystery Shopper evaluates and provides useful and objective feedback on the level of service being offered to customers.  Mystery shopping provides an objective analysis, of areas needing improvement, training gaps as well as reasons to recognise and reward team members.

​and Workshops

​As an Accredited DISC ADVANCED® Consultant, we conduct DISC ADVANCED® Assessments, report interpretation, coaching and facilitation.  DISC ADVANCED® is a behavioural assessment system providing individuals and teams with practical and usable information to achieve real results.
We facilitate a range of workshops such sales, customer service and leadership as well offering individual assessments with one on one coaching.​
