About Learn Lead Inspire

With a passion for developing and inspiring people, Juanita Miell-Sparks founded Learn Lead Inspire. Her goal was to offer practical and powerful training, coaching, consulting to businesses of all sizes within the sales and service industries, helping them grow and be successful in today's challenging environment.

With her in depth knowledge of sales and years of experience working with different retail, sales and service companies, she saw the need for sales training to go back to basics and focus on the elements of providing quality customer service, hence the development of the Sales through Service program.  She also identified a dire need for a refocus on the fundamentals of customer service across a wide variety of industries and developed the Customer Service Essentials program.

Understanding for any great training program to be lasting and successful, effective coaching needs to be in place to support the behavioural change, therefore, a range of coaching options for all levels within a business were included as part of Learn Lead Inspire services, offering businesses a complete solution for sustained growth.

Learn Lead Inspire is based in Adelaide South Australia.  All training and services are available Australia wide and internationally, face to face and virtually.

Juanita has over 25 years experience within the sales and service industries. From her first job as a door to door sales consultant, to managing large footprint retail stores, she has first hand experience and expertise in the sales process and enhancing the customer experience.​

She moved into training after being appointed the Retail Training Manager of Radio Rentals in South Australia, where she designed and delivered tailored training programs to meet company objectives.

As a Program Manager and Trainer for The Friedman Group Asia Pacific, for nearly a decade she worked throughout Australia and internationally with a diverse range of industries including; pharmacy, electrical, telecommunications, furniture, jewellery, stationary, homewares, apparel, home builders, call centre and hospitality. ​ During this time, she obtained in-depth knowledge and understanding of retail operations and human resources.

As the founder of Learn Lead Inspire, Juanita continues training, coaching, consulting and keynote speaking. She has recently worked with professional services and businesses within the industrial industry, training frontline teams on providing quality service to clients.

With the growing popularity of online learning, Juanita has experience in designing quality eLearning programs.  She is also qualified to run interactive virtual training and workshops.

With a genuine interest in understanding different behavioural styles, Juanita is a DISC ADVANCED® Accredited Consultant. She enjoys working with individuals and teams to obtain self-awareness through understanding their own DISC profile and improving relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Her other qualifications include a Certificate IV Training and Assessment TAE40116 and a Bachelor of Arts Communication Studies. She is also a qualified Calisthenics Coach and has been coaching, mentoring and preparing teams for performances and competitions for twenty plus years.

Juanita is an experienced and dynamic trainer/facilitator, coach and keynote speaker who knows what it takes to keep people engaged and facilitate learning in both face to face and virtual environments.

She is passionate about empowering, inspiring and developing people and teams and knows the importance of having strong leadership to maintain a successful business.
