Performance Coaching

Performance coaching with key persons or leaders within a business such as Operations Managers , Area Managers, Regional Managers and Department Managers, has the power to facilitate growth and maximise performance throughout the entire business.   Through an exploratory coaching process, potential is unlocked and the coachee is challenged to think and see things differently,  as well as being empowered to implement strategies for personal and professional growth.

Performance coaching is tailored to the needs of the business and the individual and includes:
  • Identifying trends through analysis of performance (targets, KPI"s)
  • Increasing awareness and insight
  • Identifying barriers and recommend solutions
  • Pinpointing performance gaps and strengths

​Performance Coaching sessions are available face to face or via phone.

​All performance coaching sessions include a one page overview of the coaching session, including what has been discussed and required actions to achieve desired results.
Coaching Packages are available, starting from a four week program consisting of weekly, one hour coaching sessions.
