What is DISC ADVANCED®?
DISC ADVANCED® is based on the internationally recognised four quadrant model of DISC, the most widely used behavioural model in the world.  DISC ADVANCED® assessments go much further than traditional DISC by identifying more styles as well as interrelated DISC relationships.  This provides a significantly more comprehensive understanding of someone’s complete behavioural style and provides a much deeper understanding of human behaviour.
 
The behavioural assessment tool can be used to understand one’s own behavioural style as well as identifying the behavioural styles of others in order to adapt the way we interact and communicate with others.
 
All DISC ADVANCED® workshops include:
  • Individual behavioural assessment - Participants receive a 20 page bound colour report
  • Interpretation of the assessment
  • How to apply in the workplace
  • Development of an individual action plan specific to one’s own behavioural style to ensure real outcomes are achieved

DISC ADVANCED® and Sales

Understand one’s own behavioural style and how it can be perceived by customers.  Learn how to identify the behavioural styles of customers and provide a tailored experience by adapting how to present information, connect and motivate each style to encourage buying decisions.

3.5 hour group workshop (minimum 5 participants)

  • Develop an understanding of the different DISC behavioural styles
  • Identify one’s own behavioural style through interpretation of the individual report
  • How to identify and interact with different customer styles
  • Communicating with and selling to different customer styles
  • Motivating buying decisions of different customer styles
  • Development of an individual action plan specific to one’s own behavioural style

DISC ADVANCED® and Customer Service

Identify and understand one’s own behavioural style and how it can influence a customers or clients experience.   Learn how to identify and communicate with each of the behavioural styles to provide customers or clients with a unique and quality experience.

​3.5 hour group workshop (minimum 5 participants)

  • Develop an understanding of the different DISC behavioural styles
  • Identify one’s own behavioural style through interpretation of the individual report
  • How to identify customer or client styles
  • Communicating and connecting with different customer or client styles
  • Development of an individual action plan specific to one’s own behavioural style

DISC ADVANCED® and Leadership

Start by understanding one's own behavioural style including leadership tendencies and how they can be perceived by others.  Learn how to be a more effective leader through motivating, communicating and providing feedback to the different behavioural styles within a team.

3.5 hour group workshop (minimum 5 participants)

  • Develop an understanding of the different DISC behavioural styles
  • Identify one’s own behavioural style through interpretation of the individual report
  • How to identify and interact with other DSIC styles
  • Leadership focus, strengths and development areas of the different styles
  • How to motivate and develop the different styles within a team
  • Proving feedback to the different styles
  • Development of an individual action plan specific to one’s own behavioural style

DISC ADVANCED® Individual Assessment and One on One Coaching 

You may be an executive, manager, supervisor or coach looking to develop further or, simply want to gain self-awareness for self-development.  Through receiving a detailed report of your own behavioural style and a one on one debrief, learn how to communicate and enhance relationships with others.

2 hour one on one session (available via phone or in person)

  • Receive a detailed 20 page bound colour individual behavioural assessment
  • Debrief of individual report including:
    • The profiles - What is “natural” and what type of “adjustment” you feel you need to make in the workplace
    • General behavioural tendencies
    • Workplace dispositions or attributes
    • Workplace motivators and needs
    • Strengths and personal development areas
    • Reactions to pressure and conflict
    • Communication preferences
  • Development of an Action Plan specific to your goals and behavioural style

Follow up coaching sessions and coaching for supervisors/managers of individuals completing an individual assessment are also available.
