What is DISC ADVANCED®?
DISC ADVANCED® is based on the internationally recognised four quadrant model of DISC, the most widely used behavioural model in the world. DISC ADVANCED® assessments go much further than traditional DISC by identifying more styles as well as interrelated DISC relationships. This provides a significantly more comprehensive understanding of someone’s complete behavioural style and provides a much deeper understanding of human behaviour.
The behavioural assessment tool can be used to understand one’s own behavioural style as well as identifying the behavioural styles of others in order to adapt the way we interact and communicate with others.

Identify and understand one’s own behavioural style and how it can influence a customers or clients experience. Learn how to identify and communicate with each of the behavioural styles to provide customers or clients with a unique and quality experience.

Start by understanding one's own behavioural style including leadership tendencies and how they can be perceived by others. Learn how to be a more effective leader through motivating, communicating and providing feedback to the different behavioural styles within a team.

DISC ADVANCED® Individual Assessment and One on One Coaching
You may be an executive, manager, supervisor or coach looking to develop further or, simply want to gain self-awareness for self-development. Through receiving a detailed report of your own behavioural style and a one on one debrief, learn how to communicate and enhance relationships with others.
2 hour one on one session (available via phone or in person)
Follow up coaching sessions and coaching for supervisors/managers of individuals completing an individual assessment are also available.
